A message from Moscow is pub- lished to the effect that great activity is being manifest. ed in the Soviet General Staff, and that several regi- ments of cavalry are standing by and that some Siberian garri- sons are already moving towards Kalgan, which is 110 miles from Peking.
It is estimated that 50,000 Soviet troops are concentrated on the Manchurian frontier.
The Governments of Canton and Moscow are constantly in secret communication.-Reuter.
